I specialise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and HTML5/CSS3. I have a degree in Interactive Design, and a UX/UI background.

My skills and experience

I create responsive single-page web applications that work across any browser or device, following a mobile first approach, with a focus on accessibility and user experience

Frontend Engineering

Advanced knowledge coding in JavaScript (ES6+, TypeScript), HTML5, and CSS3, whilst integrating with different backend technologies and APIs. I write component-based, clean, modular, readable and reusable code, following best practices like TDD

Frameworks & Libraries

I have commercial experience working with frameworks and libraries like React, Next.js, Redux, Angular, and RxJS. I have also experience creating build processes using Grunt or Gulp. Other dev tools include: Git, npm, Webpack, NodeJS

Agile & Teamwork

I've spent over 10 years working for different companies where I gained lots of experience in how to work efficiently within an Agile environment like Scrum, and to collaborate with other Engineers, UX/UI Designers, QA and Product Managers
